Full house refurbishment, extension and adaptation:
To suit the needs of our customer, works have including a new side extension onto the existing garage. We remodelled the existing garage to create a separate annex for the care team.

A Disabled Adaptation to create a fantastic home for a fantastic family.
Orrell
Extension, refurbishment and decoration included:
New kitchen, karndean flooring, creation of a utility room, carers room, and a separate bathroom. Created level access all around with paving, resin bound gravel and Astro turf to the rear lawn.
Chesterfield
Temporary Adaptation works completed to this Old Chapel.
Level access doorways and widened external doors.
Temporary ramp access
Creation of a new wetroom and wc room .
Structurally reconfigured to create a larger bedroom with a ceiling hoist .
Prescott
Refurbishment and adaptation included:
Large rear extension spanning the whole house to create a bedroom, wet room, carers area and welfare facilities, store room and dining room to the existing kitchen.
To the existing home we created a therapy room with hoist, level access with new flooring with vinyl and tiles, widened doorway, decoration, M & E upgrades, roof extension with a GRP system.

Adaptation Project included:
Hoist track, specialist wet room, creation of a ground floor bedroom linked to the wet room with a hoist, widening of doorways and level access throughout, kitchen and utility room installation, carers room with a kitchen and shower room, full refurbishment of the existing house, external landscaping covering Astro turf with Indian paving and stone walling.
Phase 2 includes a front porch, side extension and hydro pool installation.

Composite Decking installed around 8 metre Hydro Swim jet pool installation.

Conversion of the garage into a bedroom and adjoining wetroom, carers room with a shower room, and separate family ground floor WC. Utility room upgrade with storage room creation. All doors were widened and level access to the front.
